Our story doesn’t begin in a boardroom or a lab, but on a shoreline a defining childhood moment that still shapes our mission today.

Our founder, Éloïse CLAVIER, remembers the day a plastic bag washed up at her feet while she was playing by the sea.
A small detail to some.
A revelation to her.

That moment sparked a conviction: the ocean needs protecting.
As she often said growing up : “One day, I will do something for the ocean.”

Over the years, that promise evolved into a purpose.
While learning about studies examining the potential impact of sunscreen residues on marine ecosystems, Éloïse realized something essential : in today’s world, true luxury means responsibility.

This vision led to the creation of RiveSkin.
Not as just another sunscreen brand, but as a conscious and meaningful response.

We developed formulas that are:
• vegan,
• cruelty-free,
• biodegradable,
• enriched with marine actives such as algae and trace elements,
and up to three times more water-resistant than conventional sunscreens.

Our goal : to protect your skin while honoring the ocean that inspires us.
